- Location: Remote EST/CST only
- Contract Duration: 7/21-12/31 (5 months) potential to extend or maybe convert
- 24 hours a week: Monday 10-4EST will be required. The rest will be 9-3EST for 3 days a week (flexible on what those days are but would prefer once the schedule is picked to try and stick with that)

Job Description
Provide direct execution of Marketo-based campaign requests working with a North American-based team of Field Marketers. The requests range from preparing campaign details such as UTMs and campaign template duplication, to activating campaign flows/triggers/automations to campaign reporting, plus utilizing project management software. We are a collaborative team in a customer-focused, aim-high-and-deliver culture and seek an individual who has campaign operations chops and ideally a marketing background.
Duties:
- Own the execution of our email marketing and nurture plans to support omni-channel campaigns across the buyers' journey.
- Provide QA and testing of campaigns prior to launch, and ensure checks and balances demonstrate that our intentions and goals are met - and if not, collaborate on what to change.
- Comply with Divisional system governance such as campaign naming conventions, Marketo/campaign processes, reviewing/remediating system errors
- Perform list enrichment and uploads for targeted campaigns and support development of target lists for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide campaign, segment and database reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience setting up campaigns, automations, triggers in a MAP, and handling campaign reporting.
- Experienced with marketing technology - preferably Marketo and ZoomInfo - plus business applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools, Google Analytics, project management tools alongside Salesforce exposure or experience
- Demonstrate the desire to bring value and results to what you do
- Possess a problem-solving attitude with the ability to recommend solutions to problems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
We prefer candidates who also have
- B2B marketing experience
- Exposure to Marketing & Sales processes in an enterprise organization
